Pricing strategy

An incumbent mobile operator in South Africa was suffering from high churn to competitor networks. We worked collaboratively with the operator to implement a tariff refresh, involving a creative segmentation approach, and by analysing global best practice innovations. By using a pricing tool, we performed extensive customer data analysis, scenario simulations and profitability analysis. Working with the branding and web teams, we deployed an above the line marketing campaign, training program, web and collateral refresh.
