At RDC, loyalty is one of our specialties, which is why we were commissioned by our long-term client, Isoton, to take a refreshing look at customer retention using artificial intelligence. In the past mobile operators have had to rely too heavily on human processes and ‘gut feeling’ to make decisions. The brunt of this work will no longer fall onto human shoulders. The future of decision making will lie in using artificial intelligence to pick up the slack and streamline operations.
