E-commerce loyalty scheme & Mobility Service development
A conglomerate with petroleum distribution, retail outlets and banking interests asked Red Dawn to add mobility to its portfolio. This would integrate with a loyalty scheme comprising 5 million customers, and link to an e-commerce service. The project involved gaining board sanction, developing an extensive business model, negotiating with operators, developing an approach to combat complex tax burdens and designing an integration architecture.
