A major global retail bank asked Red Dawn to develop a strategy for launching an MVNO service to its UK customer base combined with credit card. We developed a highly segmented, disruptive strategy including an innovative loyalty scheme. We advised on the components required to control the digital payments ecosystem starting from search through to partner settlement. We developed a 5 year business base for board approval.
